Q:We would like to be be your authorized Regional Representatives
A:We will not enter into exclusive territory alliances.

Q: What are the Referral Fees ?
A. 10% of the contract value of the first project/engagement with any client. Payable 5% on received the order/advance and 5% on completing the project/receiving final payment. All travel/ entertainment /
related expenses shall be borne by the BDC.

Q: As a BDC, will we have the freedom to set the pricing for the client ?
A: NO. However, we will share with you our outcome based pricing policy and parameters once you sign the Business Development Contract and Non Disclosure Agreement.

Q: What's in it for a Business Development Consultant (BDC) ?
A: (1) Appreciation from the Client for introducing a professional Consultant & Coach
(2) Potential leads from us, for the BDA's own core business
(3) A significant revenue stream i.e. our Referral Fees

Q: Why do you engage Business Development Consultants (BDCs) ?
A: Niche Consulting & Coaching Practices worldwide are primarily driven by 'word of mouth' referrals ! We therefore leverage our network of Alumni, Colleagues, Global Partners and industry relationships
with Executive Search Consultants, Training Professionals, HR/OD Consultants, Professional Corporate Advisors, retired Senior Executives etc

Q: In your experience, is a single BDA enough to adequately represent you across large MNCs?
A: In the case of large MNCs, we will engage more than one BDC i.e. one for each Division / Location.

   Query: Can a Professional / Organization join your "by-invitation-only" Network ?

YES-Here are some key requirements...

Categories: Consultants / Coaches  / Mentors / Assessors / Trainers

Qualifications: Post Graduate / Doctorate from a Premier Global/Indian University

Experience: Minimum 10 years of Corporate / Professional Experience

References: From 3 MNC Clients for whom you've executed Consulting / Coaching projects during the last 12 months

Non-Disclosure Agreement: The names of the Client Organization/Sponsor/HRContact/Coachee shall not be divulged

Non-Compete Agreement (Global Professionals): Wll be required to commit to work only through GD360 in the Indian Market and cannot partner with other Indian
Consulting/Coaching entities during the contract period, to avoid any potential conflict of interest. Even after the end of the engagement with GD360, Global Professionals
should not  directly / indirectly approach Clients whom they have worked with through GD360 for a period of 12 months.

Non-Compete Agreement (Indianl Professionals): Indian Professionals are welcome to practice independently and execute assignments for Clients across India. They are
also welcome to accept 'sub-contracting' assignments from other Indian Consulting/Coaching entities so long as they are NOT projected as 'partners' of such entities.
Profiles of Indian Professionals will be submitted to GD360's clients ONLY after obtaining formal confirmation from such Professionals that they are not currently executing  
projects directly / indirectly for GD360's clients. Once the profiles are submitted to GD360's clients, Indian Professionals shall not approach these clients directly or indirectly
for a period of 12 months irrespective of whether GD360 wins the contract or not.
