A true believer in the power of personal change, Rossanna cares most about the

“people side” of markets. Born and raised in Venezuela, she began her diverse career

representing her country as a diplomat to the Committee on Finance at the

United Nations in New York, and made the rare leap from public to private sector work

n 2000 by joining the Emerging Markets Group at JPMChase. Her desire to help further

the careers of EM professionals worldwide led her to an executive director position at

Options Group, where she was instrumental in broadening the company’s reach in Latin

America. After establishing the company’s first office in São Paulo, Brazil, Rossanna

embarked upon an entrepreneurial role. Combining her talent for search and her love of

coaching she founded The Talent Circle in 2008. Rossanna holds a B.A. in International

Affairs from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a M.A. in Government and Politics

from St. John's University in New York. She is a PCC level Columbia University-certified

Coach, a member of the Emerging Markets Charity Ball and a member of the Women

Leaders Parity Group of the World Economic Forum
