Ginger is a International Coach Federation Board of Directors member and Master Certified Coach with the Federation, and a Certified
Mentor Coach at CoachVille. She is a senior faculty member for Coach University and an instructor in the Graduate School of Coaching
for CoachVille.

One of her specialties is coaching groups. Her CD series: Creating, Collecting and Coaching Groups is cutting edge in the coaching
industry. Her groups within financial services companies, with Certified Financial Planners, and with coaches achieve specific and
measurable results.

Ginger is on the Board of Advisors for the Women’s Business Center in Fort Worth, Texas where she volunteers as the coach for
Project New, a dynamic program for entrepreneurs that is sponsored by the Small Business Administration.

As an early adopter in the coaching profession, Ginger built her own successful company, Cockerham Coaching Group, while helping to
expand coaching internationally by serving as a long term board member and as the 2007 Vice-President of the International Coach
Federation with over 12,000 members world-wide.

Ginger is a ICF Master Certified Coach and teaches coaching at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York and at the
University of Texas at Dallas. Her expertise in coaching is both in coaching individuals and groups of professionals who are the
decision makers in their businesses.
