Outline of Proposed "Advanced-Mentor Coaching Program" by GD360's "Columbia Certified Executive Coach Network"

* Duration              : 12 Months

* Class Size             : 15 i.e. 5 groups of 3 participants to enable them to "Role Play" as Coach+Coachee+Observer

* Locations             : Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai/Pune

* Frequency           : Once a Quarter by rotation

* Methodology       : Columbia Business School's Executive Coaching Framework

* CourseWork        : Licensed from Columbia University

* Course Rigour     : High (compared to similar courses). Enrolment and Attendance alone will NOT guarantee certification. Candidates failing to meet their
                     course requirements, exams, practicum, viva will need to pay a penalty for additional classes / exams. The decision of the Global
                      Panel of Columbia Certified Coaches will be final.

* Faculty                 : Led by India's 1st Columbia Certified Coach and supported by Columbia Certified Coaches from US & EU

* Schedule             : (a) 1 week classes followed by exam
                     (b) Interactive webinars Twice a week for 2 hours at a time for 12 months
                     (c) 1 week classes followed by exam, viva & project evaluated by Global pabelists

* Certification By : GD360's Columbia Coaches Network - Approval for Course will be obtained from ICF

* ICF Accreditation: Candidates will be guided on applying for the ICF-ACC/PCC credentials, bu t will have to pursue it at their own cost

* Eligibility             : Post Graduate + Min 15 years Corporate experience for 1st batch in each city. In case the class gets filled up, we will be able to accept
                                only 1 nominee from each organization - others will be moved to the next batch

* Fee                    : Significantly lower than the similar course in the US BUT definitely higher than courses by other Global/Local Institutes, on account of
                   US /EU Faculty/ Mentor Coaches etc

* Fee will Cover    : ALL Books & Materials + Lunch & Coffee during classes

* NOT included       : Hotel, Breakfast, Dinner

* Cancellation        : No refunds will be given. However, within 90 days candidates can choose to defer to the next batch. Nominations can be transferred
                     within the same organization, subject to the new nominee meeting all entry criteria

* Refunds               : will be made in full within 90 days , IF for reasons beyond our control this program is cancelled. However, no interest will be payable.
                      No further claims can be made against us

* Status Updates    : will be posted on this page

* Queries               : Given that we are a global virtual organization with a small back-office we will not be able to answer queries on the phonee
