    GD started his consulting business in May 2006 ! However, as early as January 1998, he took on a long term
    commitment to support an underprivileged community at "Kothambadi" village, Attur, Salem District 300 Kms
    South of Chennai. He exclusively used 'local labour" in the construction of a community center, where > 100
    weddings of poor couples have been conducted for a token fee of $5 His efforts at bridging inter-caste tensions,
    in the village, have been widely recognized.

    He continues to support and visit the village every second month, along with his family ! He drew his inspiration
    from Alex Haley's book "Roots" and traced this village, where his grandfather's grandfather was a farmer and
    trader !

    How much of your time are you willing to offer ‘Pro Bono’ to Non-Profit initiatives ?
    - We are willing to offer 10% of our time i.e.  2 days a month for ‘Pro Bono’ work

    What types of non-profit organizations are you willing to consult / coach ?
    - Non-religious, secular organizations with a credible track record  

    Would you prefer short term / long term engagements ? Why ?
    - We would prefer short term engagements
    - This gives us an opportunity to help several organizations
    - We do not wish to unintentionally foster a dependency syndrome

    Do you have any locational preferences for your ‘pro-bono’ work ? Why?
    - Yes – Chennai (Madras)
    - We’d like to give back to the community that we operate in
    - We can leverage our back-office and network infrastructure
